Tips on improving your skin: The best bit is they don't cost!!

As I've said in my last blog post I believe that you can't give someone advice on anything unless you've been through it yourself. Never mind bad skin days, I've been struggling with my skin for quite a while now and have come across a few easy changes that could help someone else who's dealing with the same problem. The best part is, these changes don't cost a thing.

Tip #1

When your washing your face/ removing make up with a 'wash your face only, no cotton pads' cleanser:

I have two words for you: double cleanse.
If your as lazy as me then it might seem like a too much to do when your feeling tired and just want to head to bed. Believe me though, it's worth the effort. I started this, then stopped and started again after hearing it in one of ghostparties (on youtube) videos.

Yes it uses more product and you'll have to replace it a little sooner than you would usually but try it out, seriously.

After the first cleanse (to remove the make up), rinse the face cloth and rinse water away then use fresh water for the second cleanse. This all might seem extremely basic but when you get lazy or if you get lazy then that's obv when things start to go down hill.

#2

When your having a shower, use a different towel to dry your face.

This might seem a bit excessive but I use a towel for me, one for my hair and one for my face. Check the ingredients in your conditioners and shampoo and google one or two or stop using your shampoo/ conditioner and use another and see if that solves anything. You could be allergic to something in it and if you use the same towel to dry your hair on your face then that could be the problem....

#3

Steam your face/ skin:

All you need for this is to soak a face cloth in hot water (not so hot that you burn yourself though...) then when it's comfortable enough to take it out the water put it over your face and leave it till it cools.

I hope I'm not the only lazy one who's just discovered how much these can change your skin. If you try these post a comment and let me know.
